Carrie Davis
Carrie Davis has a Master of Social work degree from the University of Waterloo. She has provided comprehensive social work skills to individuals with serious mental illness and addiction in a high-risk population at the Canadian Mental Health Association Windsor Essex County Branch for the past fourteen years. She is currently in the role of Workplace Outreach Worker to provide brief counselling, point of access to services, and mental health education to frontline workers in Windsor and Essex County. Carrie is a 200-hour yoga instructor and has had the pleasure to enjoy lockdown with her two children and two fur companions.
Kim Willis
Kim Willis is the Director of Communications and Mental Health Promotion at the Canadian Mental Health Association, Windsor-Essex County Branch.She has over 20 years of fundraising and communications experience primarily in the education and healthcare sectors. In her current role, Kim is responsible for fundraising, communications and mental health promotion. Working with her team, they launched the Sole Focus Project campaign in 2017 to be proactive in making Windsor-Essex a mentally healthier community.
Kim has her Masters of Arts in Journalism from Western University and also has her CFRE fundraising designation. She has served on the Boards of AFP, CAGP, the AFP Canadian Foundation, Brain Injury Association and the Teen Health Centre. In addition, she is a freelance writer and hosts a podcast, KC Keeping It Real.

John Line - Chief Fire Prevention Office, Windsor Fire & Rescue
John has been employed in the fire service for more than 30 years and currently holds the position of Chief Fire Prevention Officer at Windsor Fire & Rescue Services. He previously held positions of Firefighter, Public Education Officer, Fire Prevention Officer and Assistant Chief Fire Prevention Officer. John has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Public Administration, certificates in Human Resources and Management and a Fire Service Executive Management Certificate. John is a designated Chief Fire Official, alternate CEMC (Community Emergency Management Coordinator) and PIO (Public Information Officer) at Windsor Fire and Rescue Services. He is a Certified Fire Prevention Officer, Certified Fire and Life Safety Educator, and Building Inspector.
Christopher Guignion, P.Eng., Chall.Eng. Corporation
Chris has been working in the Engineering and Engineering Consulting industry for approximately 20 years, and is currently the Vice President of Chall.Eng. Corporation, where he has worked for the last 11 years and focused mainly on forensic investigations (over 1,400) and small structural design projects. During his previous employments he has worked at construction management and architectural firms, structural detailing firms, and structural engineering firms. Chris is a Professional Engineer licensed in the Province of Ontario (P.Eng.), has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Technology, Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Civil Engineering, a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering, and is a certified fire and explosion investigator (CFEI).
